Do the careful work once, on a real keyboard

Reading in your history and choosing how your resume looks are the two things that deserve a screen and a moment’s focus. You do them a single time — then never again.

  • One profile, read from what you already haveDrop in an old resume or a LinkedIn PDF and we structure it — jobs, dates, skills. It becomes the single source every application draws from.
  • Your layout, chosen oncePick a template, set your typeface, section order and accent in the Resume Studio. Chosen once, it carries every application you send from here — no reformatting, ever.
  • After that, it’s one tapSetup done, the hard part is behind you. Every job you find from here is a single action away from a finished application.

See a job while you browse? Capture it in one click.

The browser extension rides along as you look for work. It recognizes a posting, grabs the whole thing, and turns it into a complete application — without a single copy-paste.

  • Universal Capture on any career pageCompany sites and applicant systems don’t stop it — Greenhouse, Lever and Workday postings included. If it’s a job, one click captures it.

Why this is different

Everyone captures jobs. No one finishes them.

Plenty of tools grab a posting. The question is what you’re left holding afterward — a to-do, a half-filled form, or a finished application.

Job trackers

Captured into a list

The posting lands in a board as a card to work on later. Useful for staying organized — but you still have to write the whole application yourself.

You still do the writing
Autofill tools

Captured into a form

Your saved details get poured into an application form to save typing. Faster data entry — but the resume and cover letter are still generic, or still on you.

Captured into a finished application

One capture, on desktop or mobile, becomes a resume and cover letter written for that exact posting — ready to download. That last step is the one no one else takes.

Straight answers

Capturing from anywhere

Do I have to set up on a computer first?

It’s the easiest way. Reading in your history and picking your layout are a one-time job that’s simply nicer on a keyboard. Once that’s done, capturing and building applications works from the browser extension or your phone — anywhere.

Which sites does the extension work on?

LinkedIn and Indeed are detected automatically. Beyond that, Universal Capture reads a posting from virtually any career page — including company sites running Greenhouse, Lever or Workday. If a human can read it as a job, the extension can capture it.

Does capturing a job use up an application?

No. Capturing is free and unlimited — save as many postings as you want. A complete application is only counted when you actually build the resume and cover letter for one.

Are the mobile apps available now?

The browser extension is live in the Chrome Web Store today. The iOS and Android apps — with share-sheet capture and the Live Activity — are rolling out; the store links here go live the day they ship.

Isn’t this just an autofill tool?

No. Autofill pours your saved details into a form. JACVault writes a resume and cover letter tailored to the specific posting you captured, then hands you the finished PDFs. Different job entirely.
